Don't Forget, This Post's For You!

I get to give you an earful all week long.

On Fridays it is your turn to share something you've been pondering, wondering about or learning.  It's free Friday! What would you like to start a conversation about?

Go ahead, make my day!

  1. I used orange oil in a big pot on stove to humidify my house. What oils do all of you use and why?

  2. Orange is a great choice because the d-limonene in it has been studied for its cancer prevention properties. Heating a therapeutic oil though will kill many of the healing compounds which is why Young Living distills their oils using low temperature, low pressure. Oils can be easily diffused into the air using an atomizing diffuser and this gives you all the good stuff to breath in and enjoy. Thanks for sharing, Cat Sim.

  3. I was looking for a way to get lots of moisture into the air. Does anyone know of a good cool mist humidifier?
