Avocado Lime Smoothie

I just have time for a quick recipe, but I think it is one you will enjoy. This smoothie is a bit different in that it contains more greens and healthy fats and little fruit. It is a smoothie that will be alkalizing for your body. Enjoy!

Avocado Lime Smoothie
I use all organic produce whenever possible.

2 cups purified water
2 medium or one English cucumber
2 ripe avocados (remove skin and pit)
1 jalapeno pepper without seeds (or dash cayenne pepper)
1 green onion
1/2 lime without rind
2-4 drops YL lime essential oil (optional)
Small bunch of cilantro leaves and stems
1/2 tsp. celtic sea salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more water if too thick or eat it as a soup with chopped walnuts or pine nuts on top. Garnish with a slice of lime or cilantro.
